How The Guaranteed Home Sales Scheme Works

So how can we find you a buyer paying the full market value for property nationwide when everyone else is looking for a discount?

Our rent to buy solution is based on exchanging an Option agreement now and completing at an agreed point in the future (up to a maximum of 10 years). The prospective buyer builds up their deposit each month with us. This is placed in a chartered accountant audited trust fund until purchase. It is insured through the ARLA Money Bonded Protection Scheme (up to £25,000).

The tenant is fully committed to buy. They are maintaining and improving your home and are building up a deposit of many thousands of pounds. If they don't buy – this deposit automatically transfers to you (and you still have the house). This means that we avoid time wasters.

This sale arrangement is all handled by fully qualified conveyancing solicitors just like in any other property sale. You will be represented by a solicitor of your choice who acts on your behalf.
